Contact and Corrections
How to reach the people behind this review site, and where to go when the question concerns your account rather than our pages.
Partner broker detailsOur obligation to readers
This site exists to give readers in Kenya an independent editorial view of one broker, and that role carries an obligation we take seriously: what we publish should be accurate, clearly separated from advertising, and honest about what we do not know. We are not the broker. We do not hold or operate accounts, we do not accept deposits, and we do not give financial advice. Everything here is review and commentary, written for people who want to understand a service before they decide anything for themselves.
Because we are independent, we also accept that we can be wrong, that our reading of a fee schedule or a policy document can fall out of date, and that readers are entitled to tell us so. The routes below are how that conversation works. We read what arrives, we check it against the primary material, and we correct the page where the correction is warranted.
Nothing on this site should be read as an endorsement by any authority, and we do not claim to be regulated or licensed as a publication of financial advice. We are an editorial resource, and we behave like one.
Reaching the broker directly
Questions about an account, a deposit, a withdrawal, verification, trading conditions in your own name, or the status of an application cannot be handled here. Those matters sit entirely with the broker, and only the broker can access your records or act on them.
For anything of that kind, use the broker's own support channels as published on its official website - the live chat, the support form, or the contact details listed in your account area. If you already hold an account, the account area is usually the fastest route because it lets support identify you. Please do not send us account numbers, identity documents, statements, or screenshots containing personal data; we have no way to act on them and no secure basis for holding them.
Corrections, press and complaints
If you believe a factual statement on this site is wrong - a fee figure, a funding method, a regulatory detail, a date - send the correction through the contact form on this site. Tell us which page and which sentence, what you believe the correct position to be, and point us to the primary source, such as the broker's own published terms or the relevant regulator's register. We check corrections against source documents rather than against other reviews, and where the point is made out we amend the page. We do not remove accurate material simply because someone would prefer it gone.
Press enquiries, requests to reproduce our material, and partnership questions about the site itself also go through the contact form on this site. State your organisation, your deadline if you have one, and what you need, and we will route it to the right person. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not publish material supplied on condition that it goes out unedited.
Complaints about this site - about tone, about a headline, about the way a review was framed, or about how a correction was handled - go through the same contact form. Mark the message as a complaint and set out what happened and what you think should change. We look at these separately from factual corrections, we respond where a response is due, and we keep a record of how the matter was resolved.
What we cannot answer
We cannot open, close, verify, fund, or unfreeze an account. We cannot confirm whether a withdrawal has been processed, explain why a payment was declined, discuss your eligibility, or intervene in a dispute between you and the broker. We have no access to the broker's systems and no authority over its decisions.
We also cannot give advice on whether a product suits you, on tax, or on what to do with your money. If your question depends on facts only the broker holds, the broker's support is the correct route, and it is the only route that can produce an answer.
